This service is intended only for adults who are legally permitted to participate in gaming or related activities at the applicable location. You must be at least 21 years old, unless a higher minimum age applies where you are located.
Please read this notice carefully. It describes important conditions and limitations that apply before you request access to an InaraPay account or use any connected service.
1. Eligibility and legal compliance
You represent and confirm that you are at least 21 years old, have the legal capacity to accept this acknowledgment, and are legally permitted to access and use the service in your location. You are responsible for checking and complying with every applicable federal, state, local, tribal, venue, gaming, lottery, tax, age-verification, anti-money-laundering, consumer-protection, and responsible-gaming requirement. Do not use the service if participation is restricted or unlawful where you are located.
2. InaraPay's limited role
InaraPay LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, technology providers, and licensors provide software and information-exchange functionality. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, InaraPay does not own, operate, manage, control, or guarantee any gaming machine, electronic gaming device, ticket printer, bill validator, RFID card, kiosk, casino, gaming establishment, payment provider, internet connection, or other third-party system connected to the service.
3. Third-party equipment and information
Machine displays, meters, tickets, RFID identifiers, balances, approvals, transfers, redemptions, payouts, and other information may be generated or controlled by third-party equipment, venue personnel, or external systems. InaraPay does not guarantee that third-party information is complete, accurate, current, available, compatible, or error-free. You must review the information presented to you and direct questions or disputes about gaming activity, machine operation, ticket validity, or payout to the applicable operator or venue.
4. Transactions, balances, and records
A request, display, authorization, transfer, ticket, RFID association, or ledger entry is not a guarantee that a machine, venue, payment provider, or other third party will complete the related transaction. Network failures, power loss, machine faults, communication delays, duplicate messages, rejected requests, maintenance, incorrect configuration, fraud, tampering, or other events may interrupt or delay processing. You are responsible for verifying amounts and retaining tickets, receipts, and other evidence. The applicable operator's rules and validated records control disputes, subject to applicable law.
5. No promise of uninterrupted service
The service is provided on an availability basis and may be changed, suspended, interrupted, delayed, or discontinued without notice. InaraPay does not promise uninterrupted access, uninterrupted communications, error-free operation, or recovery of every interrupted transaction. You must not rely on the service as the sole record of funds, winnings, losses, tax information, or legal compliance.
6. Gaming and financial risk
Gaming and related transactions involve risk, including the possibility of losing money. InaraPay does not provide gaming, investment, tax, financial, legal, or responsible-gaming advice and does not promise winnings, revenue, profitability, or any particular result. Participate only within limits you can afford and follow the rules and responsible-gaming resources of the applicable operator.
7. User responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your credentials, one-time codes, tickets, RFID cards, devices, and account access; providing accurate information; preventing unauthorized use; and promptly reporting suspected loss, theft, fraud, or an incorrect transaction to the applicable operator and InaraPay. You must not attempt to bypass security, manipulate a machine or ticket, use another person's credentials, or use the service for unlawful activity.
8. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InaraPay LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or reliance damages, or for lost money, winnings, revenue, business, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to the service, connected equipment, third-party systems, gaming activity, transaction interruption, inaccurate information, unauthorized access, or inability to use the service. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.
9. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to protect and reimburse InaraPay LLC and the persons and entities identified above for claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of applicable law or venue rules, violation of this acknowledgment, or negligent or wrongful conduct. The enforceability and scope of this provision depend on applicable law.
10. Operator terms remain applicable
This notice does not replace the terms, privacy notice, house rules, gaming rules, ticket rules, or responsible-gaming requirements of the casino, venue, machine owner, or other operator. Those parties may impose additional conditions. If this notice conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement controls.
